We understand that our customer service representatives (CSR) play a critical role in your project. That’s why we designed the following layered training programs to optimize our employees’ understanding of your project.

  • Industry Orientation: Includes an overview of general industry topics such as governing regulations, client confidentiality requirements, and company policy.
  • Customer Service Skills: Enhances communication etiquette, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
  • Sales Technique: Focuses on identifying and overcoming objections, maximizing listening skills and perfecting closing techniques.
  • Project Training: Educates employees on the requirements and goals of your project.

In addition to the required initial training courses, each Telecom, Inc. employee participates in ongoing proficiency training designed to reinforce and update techniques and ensure quality results for your project.

Our focus on comprehensive training allows each Telecom, Inc. CSR to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas and capture the detailed information necessary for a successful project.
